World Cup of BBQ 2022
For the 2018 FIFA World Cup, a few of you may remember I did the World Cup of BBQ. The way this worked was for each team playing on that day, people could vote, with the winners being the country that I would have to cook a dish from.
It was great fun seeing who people would vote for, and then I really enjoyed researching dishes, deciding what to cook (including scrambling around for the ingredients) from different nations, and then obviously cooking them.
Qatar 2022
This year’s tournament is being held in Qatar, and I have decided to do the same thing again. It’s a great way to discover new recipes and ingredients and to push me to cook new dishes on the BBQ.
I’ll be posting the first polls on Twitter & Instagram over the next couple of weeks and will cook a dish from the country that cumulative gets the most votes.
As well as getting involved and voting, why not also join in by cooking dishes from the winning country and sharing your creations.
I’ll be updating this page regularly with the dishes I am cooking and also links to the recipes as I write them up.
